THE ACTIVITY VILLAGE

The Ladies Dash includes an Activity Village where all ladies can join in many different sports, activities and learn about health and nutrition. The Activity Village is about trying out new things and having fun with friends and family!

The Activity Village is currently under design and will be shared here shortly. For details of 2018’s activities please see below.

  • Screening, nutrition consultation and a fun photo booth, by NMC Brightpoint Women’s Hospital
